Simplicity pattern circa 1960's Action Back Shirt and Skirt in Two Lengths: Shirt has straight collar, set-in sleeves, front button closing and a pleat at each back shoulder seam. V. 1 has long sleeves pleated to fit wristbands, top-stitching detail and may be monogrammed. V. 2 and 3 sleeves roll up to form cuffs. Flared skirt features an inverted pleat at centers front and back and has side zipper closing. V. 1 pleats are stop-stitched and V. 3 skirt is above-the-knee length.   Size: 10 Bust: 31" Waist: 24" Hips: 33" - Pattern: UC/FF. Printed tissue. Comes with paper instructions. Envelope: Very poor vintage condition with foxing, weak edges and tears. This item comes from a SMOKE-FREE home. Not the right size, no problem!
