McCall's pattern circa 1966 Misses' and Junior Dress in Three Versions "Easy To Sew". Slim, square neck dress, with cap sleeves and forward shoulder seams, may be made with our without sleeve puffs or ruffles. Neckline is faced and interfaced. Dress has French darts at front, vertical back darts, zipper and vent in center back seam. Dress underlining is optional. Sleeve puffs of sheer fabric are gathered to cap sleeves and have elastic in casings at lower edges. Sleeve ruffles are faced and gathered to cap sleeves. Bust: 32" Waist: 25" Hips: 34" Pattern: MISSING: Piece 7 - Sleeve Puff A. Printed tissue. Comes with instructions.
