Simplicity pattern circa 1953 Child's sizing - One-Piece Dress: This dress style buttons down the back. View 1 dress has a small collar, short puff sleeves and tie ends fastening at back. The gathered skirt is trimmed with outside tucks. View 2 neckline is square. Contrasting binding and lace edging trim neck and sleeve edges. View 3 is sleeveless and has a square neckline. Self binding finishes armhole and neck edges. A ribbon belt ties at front waistline. Size: 8Bust: 26"Waist: 23"Hips: 28" Pattern: Complete. Printed tissue. A & B (Front and Back) has small slits cut in for the darts and neckline. Comes with paper instructions. Envelope: Very poor condition with discoloration, large tears and open edges.
