Burlap and Drop Cloth Valance with Ticking Banding

***SHIPS IN 1-2 WEEKS or less :) Drop cloth and ticking are such a wonderful fabrics, they have such a warmth to them, and when you add burlap, it's just that much better! This is a double layered valance with burlap and drop cloth. The drop cloth is prewashed to give it a softer feel and hangs prettier. The burlap has that burlap smell but over time dissipates. Also note that burlap can have random color threads running through it that got in there during the weaving process, it is normal and expected with burlap.  Sizes:Width: approximately 78" Total Length: 12"-15" depending on what you choose.  This total length includes a 2" rod pocket at top. Burlap is approximately 3" longer then the top layer. Sizing:As a rule 2 times fullness is the least amount of fullness you would want to get a nice look.
