This pre-printed film is binded to the garment through heat and pressure from a heat-press machine. This creates a long-lasting and detailed graphic that can be placed on an array of garments.___________________ HOW TO APPLY Heat settings : 325° F to 350° F Pre-Press: Garment for 5 seconds -to remove moisture 1st Press: Apply the transfer to the garment (printed side down) and press for 15-30 seconds. Let cool down and peel when cool to the touch (usually about 30 seconds). 2nd press: Cover the printing with teflon/parchment sheet and press again at 5 -8 seconds.The recomme
