M22 ESCC™ Spring Clips 40pcs - Molecule22

Replacement ESCC™ spring clips for your M22 are made from a Stainless Steel alloy commonly used in aerospace and food processing applications where high heat tolerance over many cycles is required. It is then gold plated to optimize temperature control and wattage performance. These took a lot of R&D, and some sophisticated tooling to make! They will last a couple weeks or months per pair depending on usage and temperature settings. When they fail you will notice the ESCC™ not being held to the deck as securely as well as a large rise in resistance. A resistance rise with tight springs means to clean out the base and all your connections, which can be avoided by keeping your device clean. We recommend grabbing a pair of Vetus ESD-15 tweezers as they make a very useful tool in servicing the springs!
