8Sinn 8-RPII+8-ASP-RII Riser Plate II with Arca Swiss Plate The 8Sinn Riser Plate II is designed to be combined with the 8Sinn 15mm Baseplate. It differs from the classic 8Sinn Riser Plate, because it is compatible with the 8Sinn Arca Swiss Plate which is created specifically for it and included in this set. The Arca Swiss Plate is precisely shaped on the inside to be aligned with the safety locks on the 8Sinn Riser Plate II - there is a release pin on one side and a lever on the other. Thanks to this, when these items are connected, they’re secured from both sides. The long slot in the middle of the Arca Swiss Plate gives the ability of connecting it to a camera cage in ways adjusted to the threaded openings on the cage with the help of 1/4” or 3/8” mounting screws which are supplied.
