Surface Bullnose 6"x12" Cement Tile Base Trim Surface Bullnose cement tile can be used as base trim with the bullnose on one side of the 12" length. Surface bullnose tiles can be used as base trim for flooring or on walls where a finished edge is needed, or a border is necessary around a field of tile. The 12"x12" work best with 12-inch or 6-inch tiles.
