Reynvaan The Unnamed Series Walla Walla Claret 2021

Perhaps you remember what we wrote about Reynvaan's 2021 Merlot or their 2021 Syrahs. Quick refresher, just in case: the most memorable Washington Merlot we've ever tasted, and the best vintage of Syrahs we've ever tasted from Reynvaan. Now apply that kind of vintage strength to a sub-$40 Cabernet-based Claret and a sub-$30 Syrah. Thirsty? Excited?  You should be.  Plush and wonderfully textured, layered with ultra-dark red fruits, coffee, cigar leaf, and some of the same spice box accents that made us misty-eyed for the Merlot.
