'PK-11' Armchairs by Poul Kjærholm for EKC, Set of Six, Denmark c. 1957, Signed

This fine collector's set of six (6) original 'PK-11' armchairs by Poul Kjærholm for E. Kold Christensen are the best we've seen on this design, and we will explain why below. First, all six of these PK11's are signed with the EKC Denmark stamp (see photos), all strikes were clean and legible and consistent. Given Fritz Hansen currently produces this design, having the EKC stamp is vital for collectors and art investors when selecting PK-11's to acquire and this set checks this box perfectly. Secondly, the incredible vintage condition of the stainless steel frames and patinated leather seats with waxed natural ash backs are simply phenomenal.
