Stunning 'PE-32' copper clad bar cabinet on casters by Paul Evans for Directional, produced in 1968 per original receipt which we have a copy of and will provide to the buyer upon sale. This incredible piece of design history is fabricated from patinated pieces of copper, brass, and pewter which have been welded and nailed in a patchwork style pattern resting on top of a patinated metal base. The 2 oversized round front door pulls are what sets this design apart from the rest - giving personality and character to this piece, almost to the point of personifying the cabinet. The top has been fitted with an inset slate stone and the two-door front opens to reveal a green finish made to resemble patina in the interior which is divided into two, one side open storage space and the other with a single shelf. The PE32 cabinet sits atop casters for easy relocating. The back is fully finished so feel free to float this in the middle of the room - there is no need to have to place it against a
