CONTACT US FOR OUR BEST DEAL   A rare pair of lounge armchairs by Gio Ponti for Cassina, circa 1950s, with reupholstered white bouclé fabric cushions, refinished elm frames with incredible wood grain, signature slatted backs and sculptured arms. Such an important design classic, this pair of arm chairs are accompanied by a matching settee (*see pics, available in another listing and can be purchased together as a set). Cushions were reupholstered with a nubby white bouclé. If you would prefer a different color or type of fabric or leather cushions instead, we can easily reupholster the cushions for you (contact us for details). We refinished the sculptural elm frames with a hand wax for a light sheen, retaining the age and accentuating the wood grain.
