Zent's Bat Condo

This specialized bat condo is ideally suited for moderate to hot climates, is designed only for use on a pole, and arrives ready to install. We wanted to name it the Tuttle Triple, since it was created under the direction of Dr. Merlin Tuttle as solution to heat distress in bats. This house allows for far more ventilation than the standard multi-chamber houses, as it is essentially two single-chambered houses connected by spacers. This creates a third especially well-ventilated roosting space and sheltered landing area, so an elevated metal roof is required to cover the open chamber. When positioned to face southeast and northwest, an exceptionally wide range of roosting temperature is provided.
