Miniature Amethyst crystal scepter, double terminated and intricate formation, flawless condition with gorgeous glassy luster, gemmy clarity and juicy amethyst color-zoning. Collected at Scepter Hill in the 90s. This Arizona Amethyst locality is known for unique formations and glassy lustrous miniatures, including scepters, enhydros, double-terminated, etched or skeletal features at the termination. Scepter Hill was a well-known area for field collectors in the 1990s, today these high quality Scepter Hill Amethyst crystals are a rare find. We recently acquired an old collection of these miniature Amethyst crystals from a long-time field collector in Green Valley, AZ.  Mineral: Quartz var.
