White Glove Service (Included): Our delivery partners will contact you 2–3 days in advance to schedule a delivery appointment, with a 4-hour window, between 8 am and 5 pm Monday–Friday. Evening and weekend delivery is not available at this time. In-Home Delivery + Assembly deliveries typically take place within 10-20 business days after the order has left our warehouse. Returns: If you aren't happy with your purchase, notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will take it back for a refund of the returning item(s) minus a 10% return fee.   Warranty: Blu Dot offers a five-year warranty to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. During the applicable five-year warranty period, Blu Dot, as its sole obligation, will repair or replace (at Blu Dot’s option) any product, part or component covered by this warranty which Blu Dot determines has failed under normal use as a result of a defect in material or workmanship; Blu Dot will repair or replace the aforementioned product, part, or component with a comparable product, part or component.
