THE CONCEPT : although it might be evocative of certain metal modular systems from the office world, Dita clearly distances itself from these in a number of ways: its lacquered panels are in wood panels rather than sheet metal; its discreet profiles with a sophisticated finish are perfectly placed, cast and not part of the structure; a matching handle which is light and beautifully designed; and its small, slim feet which continue the line of the structure in a very natural way. Features: QUALITY OF MANUFACTURE & FINISHES: Profiles are in 1/2'' x 1/2'' (15 x 15 mm) anodized aluminum in a brushed bronze finish. All chests have interiors finished in argyle lacquer.  Handles are in injected zamak, lacquered bronze to match the profiles. Hinges are black.
