Our Zabuton is handmade in the USA in a traditional Japanese style. The cover is machine washable and is made from fabric imported from Japan and features a concealed zipper for easy removal. Our zabuton inserts are handmade with 90% Cotton with the minimum amount of spun polyester wrapping to meet mandatory Federal Flammability requirements without the use of chemical additives. The cotton is selected by us to be very clean and odor-free. We do not use any boric acid powder or flame retardant chemicals in our futons (as other lesser expensive futons do). The insert shell is made from 100% unbleached cotton. The insert is made 90% USA Cotton 10% Polyester. Removable/machine washable cover Measures 21x22 inches
