Uses The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommends using 400 IU of a vitamin D supplement daily for exclusively and partially breastfed babies because of the low average levels of vitamin D in breast milk. This supplement has the daily amount of vitamin D recommended by the AAP for all breastfed infants. Directions How to use the enclosed syringe: Fill the syringe to the 1 mL line to provide the full daily dosage. Use full dosage, regardless of age or weight unless your child's doctor recommends a different dosage. Dispense slowly into your child's mouth toward the inner cheek. It is normal for a smal
