turtle - netsuke figurine

Modeled after a traditional netsuke, a small Japanese figurine, this cute little turtle is an adorable part of our garden collection and a perfect little surprise or collectable for anyone.  Turtles represent self-containment, creative source, earthiness, being grounded, longevity, protection, shelter, and a steady approach to life. In dreams they are interpreted as patience, wisdom, or hiding something essential. Made in the USAHandcrafted in the Danforth Middlebury workshop from solid pewter, and measures 1/2 inches tall, 1 1/4 inches long, and 3/4 inches wide.
