Concrete is a very porous material. Even if the trays are sealed, water, soap can still penetrate the material and leave stains. We cannot accept returns once the tray has been used due to water, soap stains. Each tray is made of concrete, a naturally porous material. To avoid stains, be sure to keep it as dry as possible between uses.
