Antique c. 1898 hand engraved wooden sign "Swannanoa NY," from The Swannanoa, a Neo-Renaissance apartment building in downtown Manhattan's Gramercy Park neighborhood. The Swannanoa, designed by Gilbert Schellinger, a well known designer of residential buildings in the late 1800s and early 1900s, is now a co-op apartment.  The sign measures 34 inches wide, 14 1/4 inches high and 1/2 inch thick. It is in very good condition, solid, with one crack across right third of sign (see photos) does not affect structural integrity.
