We choose a social media platform that you are comfortable with (Zoom, WhatsApp, Messenger) and discuss where you are currently, your aims and anything you may need help with. Usually, we set objectives and goals together. I will then give you the tools you need to achieve these goals and set an estimated date to assess our progress. For coaches it could include: developing your technical knowledge, working on training plans, or advice for dealing with daily encounters, such as exchanges with parents or how to handle different athletes’ characters and learning styles.
