Stumpcraft Puzzles - Janet MacKay 25 Year Journey Wooden Jigsaw Puzzle

This is a 258 piece wooden jigsaw puzzle made by Stumpcraft Puzzles in Canada.  Stumpcraft Puzzles are cut from 1/4” Eco Gold MDF and they print their images directly on the wood resulting in rich colors with a matte finish for reduced glare.  The puzzle design by Jasen Robillard features diverse irregular piece shapes, many whimsies and multi-piece whimsies, and a straight edge. The whimsies were inspired by the movies Big Fish, and A River Runs Through It. The painting is called 25 Year Journey because it was a commissioned as a  present for a 25th year wedding anniversary - respecting that source of this beautiful river and the winding adventure that all marriages are, this puzzle also contains a whimsy of interlocking wedding bands. This puzzle is kind-of-hard for its size. 27.5 cm x 27.5 cm Packaged in a cardboard box (see photo). Made in Canada.  Manufacturer recommended age: 15 years and up
