Using different media for contrast and texture, I am drawn to bold colors that explode onto the canvas in an eruption of emotion and passion. Working mainly in large scale abstract mixed media paintings, I create using many different mediums including Oil, Acrylic, Resin, Pouring Medium, Gold Leaf, canvas on canvas, and other repurposed materials.   I am always looking for new ways to add depth and texture and mainly apply paint using a large palette knife to give a heavy impasto style texture.   I also love working with repurposed materials such as leftover canvas scraps and house paints.  With a background in architecture, real estate and design, I blend my love
