The Ribeye Steak, as the name suggests, is cut from the rib section and boasts a heavily marbled texture. This is one of our favorite steaks as it combines tenderness and flavor to the point of absolute perfection.  This is a bone-in steak. LEAN : This option has been added for when we have 100% full blood Parthenais, which creates virtually NO fat.  I don't want complaints from folks expecting 'normal' (i.e. some or heavy fat) when they get a true Parthenais steak. That's all meat baby! Size:  We offer small and large steaks, which are cut around 1" to 1.25″ thick Cooking Methods:  Broiling, Grilling
