Second Printing (1985); 86 pp. one fold out; clean pages and edges, large full page black and white photographs, essays by Avedon and Laura Wilson. Minor to normal signs of age to cover, a few faint scratches. Spine of book is in good condition. Minor toning on upper right corner of one page (see photo 4), minor to normal shelf wear.
