Technology-enabled investments today are more about evolving and transforming the organization’s business model, people, culture, and business ecosystem than just about the IT organization and technology.   Measuring the value and impact of these investments has become even more complex.   The majority of organizations have either no or limited business outcome metrics, which means it is impossible for organizations to track or demonstrate the impact and business value of these investments.
