The index card is signed ‘Audrey Hepburn’ in green ink on the center of the card. This piece of memorabilia includes a 8’’ x 11’’ black and white lithograph of a portrait of the beautiful actress in her iconic Holly Golighty costume form the 1961 “Breakfast at Tiffany’s”.
