Measuring in at 18"/45cm, this Long Steadicam Arm Post raises the height of the gimbal when mounted to the arm and provide the operator with a higher lens height than is usually possible with standard arm posts. This post is machined out of solid 7075 aluminum, which has nearly the same tensile strength as steel, meaning that it is incredibly rigid and will not flex when under load.
