Struck-By Hazards: One of Construction’s Fatal Four

"Struck-by" hazards on a construction site are divided into the following groups: flying objects, falling objects, swinging objects, and rolling objects. This program discusses specific hazards from these four groups and the safe work practices your workers must follow to avoid them. Struck-by injuries occur when any type of an object or piece of equipment makes forcible contact with an employee.
