The palate is smooth and expansive, balancing richness with a lively, refined tension, allowing its finely etched flavors to shine with elegance and generosity. Food: Aperitif with seafood platter and grilled fish, shrimp tartar with lemon.  Works wonderfully with a smoked salmon soufflé. Perfect pairing with red mullet with crispy capocollo and asparagus.
