2019 Margaux, Clos Dufourg - Chateau de Graviers

Very intense aromas of ripe red and black fruits, cherry pit and fresh forest floor lingering on the mid-palate which is fresh and balanced offering round and silky tannins. The finish in dry and complex.  Food: Barbecue lamb chops, roasted venison, beef with porcini or morel mushrooms, cheeseburger, roasted potatoes and onions and gratin dauphinoise.  Hard cheeses like Manchego or Comté. Cellaring: Double decant now or cellar and enjoy from 2025 to 2030.
