2022 Bedrock Wine Co "Hudson Vineyard" Carneros Syrah

Founded by Master of Wine Morgan Twain-Peterson in 2007, the Bedrock Wine Co. is a love letter to California’s historic vineyards. With a mission dedicated to preserving and rehabilitating old vineyards around California, Morgan farms and sources fruit from some of the oldest vineyards in the entire country—think vines dating back to the 1880s from sites planted by California’s viticultural pioneers. Often left abandoned or neglected for years, these vines have somehow managed to survive through incredibly challenging times, including two world wars, Prohibition and a constantly changing marketplace that now worships big names and Cabernet Sauvignon.
