Beautiful antique micro beaded pink roses reticule circa 1920s or earlier. Tiny, glass micro beads in a roses pattern with a beaded fringe and beaded handle.Beige silk lined interior with pocket. Labelled: Made in France Museum accession label inside: 80.3473 Purse measures 5 1/2" long with an additional 1" long fringe. Straps measure 7 1/2". Measures 4 3/4" across. Good condition for the age of this piece. Minor bead loss, more significant at handles; handles are not intertwined to draw the reticule closed; some broken threads. The stitches holding the lining to the bag have come undone. A5.
