CIRCA 1979 MONTBLANC MEISTERSTUCK N°149 FOUNTAIN PEN 14C NIB GERMANY

For your consideration, we are offering for sale this Beautiful Montblanc No 149 MEISTERSTUCK Fountain Pen in Excellent Condition. This fountain pen has been thoroughly taken apart, cleaned, put back together, and now is in wonderful writing condition. We can date this Montblanc 149 to circa 1976 to 1979 because this Montblanc has the split ebonite feed, straight grip with bulge-collar, single unit barrel construction, 14C bi-color nib, and threaded piston filler with black plastic threads mechanism. The cap clip ring banding is stamped, "Germany" which this pen was pre-West Germany. This fountain pen cap and barrel are in magnificent condition with no chips, cracks, teeth marks, or repairs with the cap always securing tightly to the barrel. The cap has the gorgeous Gold Filled Clip and Cap Banding. The cap banding is stamped with, "MONTBLANC MIESTERSTUCK No 149". The transparency of the ink-view window is "Water Clear". There are no monograms or personalizations on the cap or barrel.
