C1938 SHEAFFER WASP GREEN MARBLE FOUNTAIN PEN RESTORED

For your consideration, we are offering for sale this Restored Circa 1938 Sheaffer WASP Lever Filler Fountain Pen in the Green Marbled Celluloid. This fountain pen has been thoroughly taken apart, cleaned, and put back together and now is in wonderful writing condition.I have replaced the old sac with a new sac. Polished the Gold Filled Clip, Cap Banding, and 14K Gold #3 WASP NIB. I also cleaned, buffed, and polished the barrel and cap to bring back the vibrancy and protect the celluloid of the fountain pen. The green marble celluloid has such gorgeous coloring - this is an excellent example.This fountain pen cap and barrel are in superb condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs with the cap always securing tightly to the barrel. The cap has a Gold Filled Clip and Cap Banding. The clip displays some age appropriate wear while the cap banding displays no wear. The barrel is clearly and crisply stamped with, "WASP PEN CO INC. FORT MADISON, IOWA, U.S.A.". There are no monograms or pers
