1930s CARTER'S JET BLACK CELLULOID FOUNTAIN PEN WITH M to BBB FLEXIBLE NIB IN RESTORED CONDITION

For your consideration we are offering for sale this Restored Circa 1930s Carter's Jet Black Fountain Pen with Flexible NIB. This fountain pen has been thoroughly taken apart, ultrasonically cleaned, put back together and is now in wonderful writing condition. I have ultrasonically cleaned the NIB, feed, and section. Replaced the rubber sace with a new, properly sized glass-ply sac. Hand polished the gold filled clip, cap and barrel banding. Cleaned, Buffed, Polished and Waxed the barrel and cap to bring back the vibrancy of fountain pen and to protect the celluloid. This Carter's Fountain Pen measures 5 3/16" capped and 6 1/4" posted. The fountain pen cap and barrel are in magnificent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. The clip, cap and barrel banding are in fabulous condition with no brassing. The gold filled lever has a very minor hint of brassing to the edges. The barrel is stamped with, "CARTER'S PATENTED THE CARTER'S INK CO. BOSTON- NEW YORK - CHICAGO". There are no mo
