1920S WATERMAN 452 STERLING OVERLAY FOUNTAIN PEN M-BBB 2.22MM FLEX NIB RESTORED

For your consideration, we are offering for sale this Restored 1920s Waterman 452 Black Hard Rubber Fountain Pen with Sterling Silver Overlay. This fountain pen has been thoroughly taken apart, cleaned, put back together, and is now in wonderful writing condition. Ultrasonically cleaned the NIB, feed, and section. Hand cleaned the inside of the barrel and cap with mineral oil. Replaced the old rubber sac with a new sac. Hand polished the Sterling Waterman Ideal Cap & Clip, Barrel and Ideal Lever Box Assembly along with the 14K #2 Flexible NIB. This fountain pen is made from black hard rubber with Sterling Silver Overlay. The sterling silver overlay is known as a basket weave pattern. The hard rubber portion of the pen displays a deep, classy black color. The cap and barrel sterling overlay is stamped with, "WATERMAN'S STERLING MADE IN U.S.A.".
