CIRCA 1916 BOSTON SAFETY #5 M-BBB FLEX NIB 14K FOUNTAIN PEN NIB

For your consideration, we are offering for sale this Circa 1916 Boston Safety #5 14K Nib. The Nib is marked, "BOSTON SAFETY PEN 5". The #5 Nib is the largest Boston Safety Nib they made. The Nib point/iridium has a medium point measuring .73mm when measuring with digital calipers. When creating a writing sample the nib will write with a medium to double/triple broad line variation (.70mm to 1.77mm).  The actual dimensions of the nib measure 31.85mm in height and 7.16mm at the widest point of the shoulders.
