Hinds in Portland, OR.  It is from a Woman's Day Magazine dated, July 1916.  It is a full page, full color, very large ad (15x11).  It shows a mom and two children camping.  The children are building a fire and helping mom cook on the open fire.  The tag line is: "An All-Summer Necessity".  The other side has another wonderful ad for Eastman Kodak, you get both with one purchase.
