Mosaic® (HBC 369)

Mosaic® is a USA grown dual purpose hop, that has an alpha acid of 10.5-14% and a beta acid of 3-4.5%. It was released as HBC 369 by the Hop Breeding Company.It has high alpha acid levels that create flavors that are fruity (blueberry), citrus (tangerine, grapefruit), tropical (mango, guava), floral and earthy. It has a complex and pronounced bitterness. It has aromas of Citrus oil, Balsam Pine, Blueberry, Peach, and Tropical Fruit. There is notable mango character, but also lime and mandarin orange, Blossoms, Blueberry, Bubble Gum, Papaya, Rose and Tangerine.Mosaic® has a unique and complex blend of floral, tropical, fruity and earthy notes of blueberry and tropical aromas but it also has citrus, grassy, pine, spice, tangerine, papaya, rose, earthy, floral (blossom) and bubble gum descriptors. The fruit aromas of pineapple, mango and passionfruit mixed with fresh lime and tangerine are rounded out by cassis and onion giving Mosaic® a true special note to create a one of a kind hop.It
