Bookmatched Walnut Side Table/Stool

SOLD   The top of this piece is constructed from air-dried walnut.  A single, thick slab was split in half and opened like a book to produce a mirrored image of the lovely figured grain produced where the trees limbs once branched apart.  A hand rubbed oil finish preserves the unique character of the timber and provides a soft, organic feel.  Designed to function as a small side table or a stool at 19" in height.
