Galvanized River Rocker Break Away Anchor

  Our anchors are made in the US from Industrial galvanized solid steel in the most popular sizes.  The galvanizing on our anchors is not a thin coat of vanity galvanizing, our anchors use the same galvanizing method as other industrial applications, like street light poles and highway sign poles and frames. These are often called Columbia River Anchors, due to the story that they were originally made for the type of riverbed in most common areas of the Columbia River, a mix of rock, gravel and a variety of other substrate, as opposed to a majority of mud or sand, although there are some areas like that. The Columbia River style anchor is a good all round solution for a mix of riverbeds due to its digging power, combined with its weight. Although there is no one anchor for all solutions, the Columbia River style anchor can do more than most other riverbed specific anchors.
