White Industries Self Extractor Caps and Bolts

White Industries makes the M30, G30 and R30 crank, as well as their Square Taper Cranks. All of them are in the same fam, just different q-factors. All of them feature big ole crank bolts and self extractors, which let you pull the cranks off with no tools. You need a pin spanner to install these, and some grease. Grease anywhere metal will touch metal: crank threads for the extractor, bolt threads, inside of the extractor where the bolt will rub on the extractor. We like Crystal grease for that, no mess.
