Bitex Mountain 6 Bolt Rear Hubs/Shimano Microspline Freehub

  Please note:  We keep lots of bitex hubs in stock, but not every single flavor.  It might take 2-3 days to get your hub here, if we don't have it right in our basement.  Rest assured, it won't take months, but your whole order will ship once the hub lands.   Bitex has been quietly making super nice hubs for years. These hubs are startilingly affordable, considering the quality: same bearings (enduro sealed) and bearing count that White Industries uses. Cold forged hub shells. Replaceable and available freehub bodies, but! The freehub body it comes with is serviceable with 2 allen keys. Alloy freehub bodies are usually hot garbage, but the Bitex hub features small steel plates on the freehub’s splines, which keep the cassette from biting into the soft aluminum freehub. Chris King and Industry 9 could learn something from that… 6 pairs of pawls for a total of 12 pawls, with 48 teeth. That makes for fast engagement. You can adapt the rear hubs for 142 thru axles or 135mm QR axles, Shimano or SRAM XD drivers. You can adapt the front hubs for 9mm, 12, 15 or 20mm axles. Pretty rad!
