You won’t have to worry about your spring wearing out with our 1-5/8” x 2-1/2” Gravity Self-Closing Hinge. This spring has no springs, and instead uses the natural force of gravity to close it. It accomplishes this by forcing the bottom of the gate upwards at a slight angle, so gravity pulls it back down once released.
