You will need a bracket for each rail. Where is it installed? A 3' x 8' flat top panel is installed every 8' in your fence line. How many do you need? You will need (1) panel per 8' section. Specifications Rail size 1" x 1-1/4", Picket Size 5/8" x 5/8", Wall Thickness 16ga, 2 rail panel Instructions A 3' x 8' flat top panel is easily installed onto a 2" or 2-1/2" post.
