When using these jack stands on the trail we installed an anti-sink plate to the bottom of the jack stand. A crossbar saddle supports the ATV/UTV by its frame where conventional jack stands would be too close together. With a max height of 30", these jack stands will not have a problem reaching most vehicles’ support points. To ensure that these jack stands are designed to be as safe as possible, we used a securing pin. Once the pin is in place there is no question that the rack bar is not going anywhere.
