FAQs Will the Sauna Fit Through My Door?Yes, the sauna ships in multiple boxes that will fit through any standard-sized door. However, if you're bringing the sauna up or down stairs, check clearance, especially if there are turns in the stairs. All boxes are vertically strapped to a pallet for secure transport. What If I Have an Extra-Long Driveway or My Residence Isn't Accessible to an 18-Wheeler?In such cases, customers will need to meet the driver at the nearest accessible main road and transfer the sauna using a full-size pickup truck or SUV. The freight carrier provides a liftgate to assist with the transfer. If your delivery location has remote access, long driveways, large or low-hanging trees, apartment complexes, stairs, or other challenges, please address these issues with us prior to shipping.
