Oatey® 16 oz. PVC All Weather Clear Cement. Oatey® PVC All Weather Medium Bodied Fast Set Clear Cement is recommended for potable water, drain, waste and vent applications. It is formulated to perform in all weather conditions from -15°F to 110°F and applies easily with included in-lid dauber.
